| Garbage Enclosures |

All residents should have received a letter in regards to the Seventh Amendment to our Declarations. This amendment covers the approved methods to store our larger city distributed garbage and recycle cans.
We have received a bid from one of vendors that we would like to share:
Bryner Lawncare & Landscaping
4' Solid White Vinyl Fencing- Installed $450.00
Adding an additional gate to enclose the rear would be $350.00
4' Solid Treated Wood Fencing- Installed $300.00
Adding an additional gate to enclose the rear would be $250.00
There may be an additional $36.00 permit required by the city of North Ridgeville

ATTENTION HOMEOWNERS: As a reminder to homeowners, households are limited to 2 guests. The pools max capacity, per city officials, is 154 and will be strictly enforced by the lifeguards. For complete rules please click here for the Pool Rules.

| New Community Center Rental Agreement |

Our Community Center has been recently updated with new carpeting, fresh paint, as well as many other improvements. That being said, there's a new Community Center Rental Agreement that we believe will help us maintain this state. Please be aware that we will be more stringent in our enforcement of the policy to allow us to keep the center this way for as long as possible.

| Annual Garage Sale |
Wednesday, June 13th to Saturday, June 16th
ANNUAL GARAGE SALE
Wednesday, June 13th, 6pm – dusk
Thursday, June 14th, Friday, June 15th, & Saturday, June 16th 9am-3pm
If you have not done a sale in the past, Wednesday is the best day of the sale. People will come to shop before the 6pm start time so if your garage door is open, they will come in.
The North Ridgeville & the Avon city wide sales are June 20th– June 23rd. If you decide to sell both weeks you will need to purchase a permit on your own for the city wide sale at the City Building.
Cost is as follows: $2.00 for a city garage sale permit and $3.00 for advertising. The $3.00 fee will also cover the cost of maps, garage sale signs, and balloons. If you decide to have a garage sale June 13th – 16th, but miss the June 8th sign up deadline, we will still collect the $3.00 fee since there is a benefit from the investment made in advertising. The garage sale is not affiliated with or funded by the Waterbury homeowner association. We appreciate your honesty & contribution to the cost of advertising.
Please drop off your sign up form and $5.00 to Tiffany McMahon 8825 Bauer Circle.
This information is needed for your permit and will also be used for the map.
Sign up deadline for the participation list is Friday, June 8th. After Friday, June 8th, we will still provide you with your city garage sale permit & seller’s packet, but your address will not be listed on the map of participants.
YOUR PERMIT & SELLER PACK WILL BE IN YOUR MAILBOX TUESDAY, JUNE 12th.
