School Bus Stop Parking Issues

To All Residents:
Now that school is back in session, just a quick reminder to all parents regarding pick-ups and drop-offs at the school bus stops. Please do not park at the stop signs, block any residents’ driveways or use any nearby residents’ driveways as a turn-around.
The Waterbury Homeowners’ Association Board of Trustees appreciates your continued cooperation.

Front Yard Tree

To the residents who have received letters indicating the need, per our HOA Declarations, to have a minimum 2" in diameter tree planted in their front yard. Our contracted landscaper Forevergreen and Maslyk Landscaping have provided us with some quotes.

Going Away? Need a Pet Sitter?

If you will be going out of town and need somebody to watch your dogs, Leslie & Derek Messmer will watch your dogs for $25/night. Small and medium dogs only and must be good with other dogs. The Messmer's live on Calista and have a privacy fenced back yard and dogs of their own. Contact Leslie at 440-376-0312.
