For those of you that signed up online for Waterbury swim lessons for the next session, please call Metro Pools to confirm your reservation. They had a glitch in their system and are not sure if they received all requests. Their number is: 216-741-9451.

 

ATTENTION HOMEOWNERS: The Waterbury HOA is in the process of initiating a new system upon entering our community pool. Soon there will be a sign in sheet which will require all residents to list their name, address and number of people in their party. Please be aware that we have had complaints about non residents enjoying our pool facility and we hope this will help eliminate that. The guards will be checking this log during their breaks and have the right to question people. Also, there is a basket for lost and found items at the entrance. Many toys and towels have been left behind. Please take a look to see if any of these items belong to you before they get disposed of. Please remember to follow the pool rules so that we can continue to have another safe summer of fun. Thank you!

 

 

         To the residents who have received letters indicating the need, per our HOA Declarations, to have a minimum 2" in diameter tree planted in their front yard. Our contracted landscaper Forevergreen and Maslyk Landscaping have provided us with some quotes.
