Preparation of the Annual Budget is one of the primary duties of the Board. The annual budget determines the amount of money each resident contributes toward maintaining, as well as protecting and enhancing our property.
The Board has carefully reviewed each line item to ensure that we can maintain quality services to Waterbury at a reasonable cost.
Due to rising costs and increases in operating expenses, it is necessary to raise the yearly HOA fee. The yearly fee will be increased to $450 per owner and will be effective January 1, 2023. If you have your yearly fees setup to auto-deduct from your bank account, you will need to contact your bank and ask them to change the deduction accordingly.
While we recognize that this increase may not be a popular decision, we will continue to monitor all expenses carefully. If you have any questions concerning the 2023 Budget, please contact our Property Manager, Matt Williams at matt@barnettmanagement.com.
