Awad Resigns from Board, Hosler Apointed Replace

A few months ago, Tony Awad resigned from the board for personal reasons as his employment has taken him away from for extended periods. Tony felt he would no longer be able to spend the time needed to be an active board member which lead to this decision. We would like to take the time to thank Tony for his years of service on the Waterbury board and his leadership and guidance.
In his place, the board has appointed Steve Hosler as his replacement. Steve has accepted Tony's role as Treasurer effective October 8, 2019. Steve has a strong sense of community having volunteered for many years as a member of the Elyria Rotary. In addition, Steve has been a youth baseball, football and basketball coach as well as a certified OHSAA Baseball Umpire. We're happy to have Steve on board as a member of the board.
