Dumpster - Our previous contract for having the dumpster was a monthly charge of $400+ dollars. This offered bi-weekly pickup of the dumpster, which was more than likely, not needed. We'll find out as Steve Hosler negotiated a new rate of $91 per pickup which we will request as needed. The new dumpster also has a padlock on it to protect against illegal dumping. There is a key in the drawer of the Community Center to unlock it for use when residents rent the Community Center and lifeguards empty trash.
Camera System - A vandalism proof camera system been installed that covers the entire perimeter of the Community Center, inside the main room, the pool, dumpster and the parking lots and playground. This will aid in keeping our property more secure.
Landscaping - Some of the overgrown landscaping around the front entrance has been removed and cleaned up. There will be pine trees placed around the outside of the pool fence. We're also replanting the overgrown tall grasses around the building and placing them around the pool to create a little more of a barrier.
Building Updates - All outside doors are in the process of being quoted out for replacement as well as the single internal glass door.
Quotes have been requested for painting and redesigning the interior color pallet to something more modern. A Sherman Williams consultant will be coming to make suggestions. SW offers this as a service at no cost.

Note: Do not use the switches on the wall, there now is a remote control on the ledge of the mantle. Use that only to turn it on and off.
