At the 2021 annual meeting held on November 22, two board seats were open for election at the meeting; the seat currently held by Tim Gardner and a vacant position. Nick Meinert from Kaman and Cusimano opened up the floor for nominations or volunteers.  Tess Gallion and Tim Gardner were both nominated and the floor was closed for nominations.  All were in favor and the motion passed to elect Tess and Tim.
