Hastings Water Works is looking for Lifeguards at a pool near you.

Hello, my name is Steven Boden, and I am the Regional Manager for Hastings Water Works in Brecksville, Ohio. We are a lifeguard and aquatics facility Management Company that service and staff’s your community pool. We are currently seeking lifeguards and lifeguard candidates within your community to help staff your pool for the 2015 season. Employing lifeguards from within the community pool development builds a level of commitment from the lifeguards that cannot be matched from outside the community.
 
This will be an opportunity for a seasonal full time or seasonal part time employment for young professionals.  Hastings Water Works is looking to hire high school and college students, recently retired and stay at home parents, while providing them the opportunity to work close to home.  To qualify for employment, candidates must be at least 16 years of age, have the ability to swim 300 yards (12 lengths of a 25 yard swimming pool) and a strong work ethic. 
 
Candidates would be trained through the American Red Cross and receive their Lifeguard Certification, receive leadership training, CPR training and onsite facility training. Candidates will learn skills that can be utilized to benefit any community or become a professional growth vehicle to enhance a future career.
 
We also offer a number of benefits to our employees throughout the summer. These include but are not limited to:
 
�.     A $1,000 scholarship put toward tuition for students looking to improve their post-secondary education
�.     Variable compensation based on attendance, performance and quality of work, paid out as a bonus (up to $.75 per hour).
�.     Reimbursement for the American Red Cross Lifeguard Certification course if the employee works May 22, 2015 through Labor Day weekend (September 7, 2015).
�.     Extra pay per hour a lifeguard works on a weekend.
�.     Flexible Scheduling.
