Placing Signs in Common Areas

Updated August 11, 2020 - Any sign placed in any common area will be removed and thrown in the trash. Any sign includes, but is not limited to, business advertising, political signs, etc. Common Areas include the entrances to Waterbury on Waterbury Blvd, Chestnut Ridge, and Bender.

Q - Does this include temporary Garage Sale signs that are to be removed within 1-3 days?
R - Technically, a sign is a sign, so yes, it includes garage sale signs.
