Clubhouse Maintenance

The Clubhouse was power washed on Friday, September 20 and in the upcoming month a fresh coat of paint will be applied to any wood/trim areas. Also in the process is removal and replacement of much of the landscaping. Most of the landscaping is 13 years old and has become overgrown and too large for the area. Look for a new look to keep it looking fresh and inviting.
For additional security, a new security system/cameras are being installed next week. These cameras are vandalism proof, provide a wider ranger of coverage, have greater pixel depth and clarity, and have remote viewing capability. This should further protect your facility against any vandalism, illegal entry, and general security of the Association.

The interior of the Club house could use some updating. Holes in the arms of chairs and some of the furniture are looking very old.

Vicki, thank you for noticing and reporting it. We discussed it at the last board meeting and the plan is to replace all of the sitting chairs, end table, coffee table, and the large center 'gift' table. We're also having the gas fireplace repaired and bringing it back to working order.

Just a little more information. We are currently getting quotes for quite a bit of repair and updating inside the Clubhouse. More information to come over the next month as we review quotes and determine what the best fiscally sound approach would be.
